These general terms and conditions of sale (“the GTC”) are concluded between the Bujinkan Ile de France association and any non-commercial natural person, or any legal person not having the same field of activity as the Bujinkan Ile de France, (“the customer”), wishing to make a purchase on the website www.nagatoparis.com (“the website”).
All orders placed through the website are subject without reservation to these conditions.
These represent the full reciprocal commitments between the association Bujinkan Ile de France and the user who becomes a member of the association.
The Bujinkan Ile de France reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, which will then be applicable as soon as they are posted online. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
The customer is responsible for setting up the IT and telecommunications means to access the website and customer service. The customer shall bear all telecommunication charges for internet access and use of the website.

The products governed by these GTC are those that appear on the Website at the time of purchase: participation in the «Taikai Nagato 2025 Paris» course, International Ninjutsu workshop with Nagato Sensei.
The essential features of the workshop are described and presented as accurately as possible.
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros including all taxes. They take into account VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order. The Bujinkan Ile de France, as an association is not subject to VAT.
The Bujinkan Ile de France reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration.
The command is organized in several steps that can be summarized as follows:
The customer clicks on the “Pay” button;
The customer fills in a form concerning him: Name, First name, email, Date of birth, Nationality, CNI or Passport number, FFST licence number or failing acceptance of the daily licence; the number, size and type of desired T-shirts
The customer makes their payment online (via Stripe);
The customer receives an email confirming their order, followed by a payment confirmation.
You have the possibility to place your order online and validate it by making the payment, this last step formalizing the sales contract with Bujinkan Ile de France.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Internship Ticket available for sale.
Bujinkan Ile de France will acknowledge receipt of your order upon its validation by sending you an email in which you will find a link to these General Conditions.
This email constitutes a contract concluded in electronic form between the Customer, identified by his email, the QR Code and his IP number, and the Bujinkan Ile de France. This contract meets the conditions of article 1366 of the Civil Code.
The buyer declares to have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing his order. The validation of your order is therefore an acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. From the moment the buyer has registered his order by clicking on the icon " Pay ", he is considered to have accepted in full knowledge of the facts and without reservation these General Conditions of Sale, the prices, volumes and quantities of the products offered for sale and ordered. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Bujinkan Ile de France constitute proof of all transactions made by Bujinkan Ile de France and its customers.
In some cases, particularly for payment failure, wrong address or any other problem related to your account, the Bujinkan Ile de France reserves the right to block your order until the resolution of the problem.
If the payment reported by Stripe or our banking services is invalid, the sale will be considered as not made. If a ticket has been issued, it will be considered invalid, with information to the person who attempted the purchase of the ticket that the ticket is invalid.
In case of unavailability of a Product ordered, you will be informed by e-mail. The cancellation of the order of this Product and its possible refund will then be made.

The Customer is advised to keep the transaction information on a paper or computer document.
You can pay your order by Stripe payment:
Payment by Stripe is made through one of the payment methods accepted by this intermediary. Once the Stripe payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email in addition to displaying the information submitted. The order will be considered final only after information by our banking services of the validation of payment on our account.
The customer guarantees to Bujinkan Ile de France that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him when validating the order.
Bujinkan Ile de France reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of their nature and level of execution, in case of non-payment of any sum that would be due by the customer, or in case of payment incident.
Penalties of an amount equal to the legal interest rate plus five points are automatically applicable to amounts not paid at the end of a period of ten days following the date of invoice or upon notification of bank payment rejection for any other means of payment. The delivery of any new order may be suspended in case of late payment of a previous order and this notwithstanding the provisions of these.
After confirmation of payment by our services, the customer receives an email validating the order by our services. Upon simple request by email, the link to a file in pdf format of your invoice, which contains all the essential elements of the contract concluded between the Bujinkan Ile de France and the Customer, and meets, with these GTC, the requirements of article L.221-9 of the Consumer Code.
These controls are intended to protect the Bujinkan Ile de France from abusive practices by fraudsters.
For an order with a delivery address different from the billing address, our services may contact the two persons mentioned; the person associated with the billing address and the person indicated for the delivery address.
As part of these procedures, our services may ask you for all the necessary parts to unblock your order: proof of address and debit in your name, but also proof of domicile in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address etc...
These requests are made by e-mail, then by mail with AR.
During the registration process at the beginning of the course, you will be asked to present the ID document registered at the time of purchase (Passport or CNI) in order to remove any doubts about your identity. This control will be carried out under the direction of a competent Judicial Police Officer.
The Ticket is considered delivered when it is delivered to the email address used to make the purchase.
The Stage is considered to be delivered when it is started.
10.1 - Shipping times
The Ticket is sent by email with the possibility of being uploaded by the Customer on the site as soon as the payment confirmation has been made by Stripe to the server.
10.2 - Delivery times
The Client understands that the Stage can only take place on the date set from 5 to 7 December 2025, and therefore no delivery will be possible before then.
10.3 – Availability of T-shirt sizes
It is understood that any customer who registers after November 1, 2025 will not be able to claim a T-shirt in the size they would like, as manufacturing and delivery times are too short.
The responsibility of Bujinkan Ile de France and the delegated organizers cannot be engaged in this matter.
• Bujinkan Ile de France shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure and in particular in the case of a total or partial strike of air or municipal services, and disasters caused by floods or fires. With regard to the products purchased to satisfy professional needs, Bujinkan Ile de France will not incur any liability for any indirect damage due to this, loss of operation, loss of profit, damages or expenses that may arise.
• The selection and purchase of a product or service is the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial inability to attend the training course for personal convenience or impossibility (illness, accident included) may not give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or liability of the Bujinkan Ile de France , except in the case of a proven hidden defect of article 12 of these GTC, non-compliance, defect or exercise of the right of withdrawal contemplated under article 14 of these GTC.
The Bujinkan Ile de France organizes a workshop with M. NAGATO Toshiro as teacher. The completion of this course is considered as the product and therefore cannot contain a hidden defect in itself.
Nevertheless, its liability may not be held liable in the event of a breach of its contractual obligations due to an unforeseeable event or a case of force majeure such as, without limitation, natural disasters, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown of equipment, means of transport, communication or due to the actions of the customer.
If NAGATO Toshiro is prevented from attending for any reason, the event will not be cancelled, the teaching will be replaced by a group of selected senior staff who can give equivalent instruction.
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is expressed by the customer by filling in the "contact form " available on the Website.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the sums paid when ordering (including delivery costs) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by our after-sales service. The refund will be made according to the means of payment used during the online purchase. The costs of returning your order for which you exercise your right of withdrawal will be at your sole expense.

14.3 - Fraudulent behaviour
Any user who acts in contravention of the present Legal Information is liable to civil or criminal proceedings which penalise in particular infringements of copyright and database producers' rights.
The User is reminded that the Criminal Code (article 323-1 and following) punishes with penalties of up to five years' imprisonment and 75000 euros of fine, in particular:
- fraudulent access and maintenance in an automated data processing system,
- the fraudulent deletion, modification or addition of data in this system,
- the tampering with this system.
Criminal proceedings may be initiated by the Publisher against the User who does not comply with these provisions.
If one or more stipulations of these GTC are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations shall retain their full force and effect.
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the courts located in the city of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
Pursuant to article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer is informed that in the event of a dispute in a commercial transaction, it may have recourse to a consumer mediator
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. In accordance with the law on data processing and freedoms of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. The website nagatoparis.com has been designed to meet the requirements of personal data protection.
The very structure of the site, and the organization of the course has been designed to limit and secure the circulation of personal information of customers: encrypted exchanges between servers, data backup redundancy, with encryption of transfers between servers, logging connections. Only the data necessary for the organisation and smooth running of the course from 5 to 7 December 2025 are requested.
All means of the techniques known to date have been implemented to ensure the security of personal data, level of security that cannot be higher.
The data concerning the numbers of identity documents or passports will be destroyed 1 week after the internship unless specific case or request of the competent authorities.
Other personal data used to establish daily licences or FFST licence numbers are kept for 1 year, as requested by the FFST.
Payment data is kept for 5 years due to the legal need to keep accounts for associations.
All clients who participate in the training course and do not have a prior FFST licence declare that they agree to become a member of the Bujinkan Ile de France association for the duration of the event, and accept the related internal rules.
Every client, participating in the course, declares to be in good physical and mental health and possess the insurance and authorizations to do so, according to the regulations in force in his country.
All participants declare that they have no contraindications to the practice of martial arts.
The Bujinkan Ile de France, is affiliated with the FFST. For insurance reasons, anyone taking part in this course must have a FFST licence. This is the license number that you are asked for when registering.
Any customer who does not have a FFST license originally, agrees, by registering for this course, to subscribe to a “day license” which is a FFST license valid for the duration of the course.
All clients are advised that they have the right to inform themselves and take out additional insurance related to the risks inherent in the practice of martial arts.
The client accepts, in particular, the normal risks associated with the practice of martial arts.
In the event of an accident or injury, Bujinkan Ile de France, the delegate organizer, the professor and Bujinkan International cannot be held responsible.
All customers declare to accept without reservation and apply the regulations of Bujinkan International (Guidelines of Bujinkan Dōjō) and Bujinkan Ile de France, reproduced below.

All activities of the Bujinkan Ile de France are reserved for members of the association, that is to say to persons holding a federal license, a japan card and up-to-date of their contributions.
Membership in the Bujinkan Ile de France is open to all without distinction, However, the Bureau reserves the right to refuse registration of a person whose objectives do not correspond with those of the association or whose behaviour is likely to disrupt the conduct of activities.
A teacher is authorized to deny access to a course to an individual subject to the Chair’s prompt referral. Appeal to the Board is possible.
The outfit is composed of a black keikogi with green or black belt depending on the grade. For women, the outfit is purple (or black) with red or black belt depending on the grade. The belt is white for both male and female beginners.
Wearing tabis is mandatory for everyone, or in the absence of socks on tatamis.
The Bujinkan patch should be sewn on the left side at the heart.
Do not wear any other clothing or insignia.
For outdoor activities, clothing is free. However, the wearing of military clothing is only permitted under current legislation and on condition that the clothing is unmatched and does not constitute a uniform. These provisions also apply to accessories.
The terms and acronyms or logos Bujinkan and Bujinkan Ile de France or Bujinkanidf are prohibited from use or reproduction without authorization.
Grounds for immediate exclusion from the association with possibility of information to the Bujinkan Honbu Dōjō are considered:
The cancellation is pronounced by the Board with appeal before the General Assembly.
Grades are validated by the Bujinkan Honbu Dōjō. Japanese certificates are charged at the rates set out in the Bujinkan International Regulations. These amounts are to be paid in Yen directly after obtaining the rank. Unless expressly waived by the Bujinkan Honbu Dōjō, a grade cannot be validated if the previous certificate has not been registered.
Any amendment to these rules must be approved by the General Assembly. The amendment proposal must be made by the President or the Board or at least one third of the members of the association.
Participation in the activities of Bujinkan Ile de France implies full acceptance of these rules and the rules of Bujinkan International.
