NAGATO TAIKAI PARIS – November 2025

1- LIMITED AUTHORIZATION FOR THE RIGHT TO IMAGE

Authorizes the association Bujinkan Ile de France, sitting at 11 rue Henri Regnault 75014 Paris, in France to photograph, film or record my image, my voice and everything concerning me during the seminar Nagato Taikai Paris to the extent defined below.

I acknowledge that I am participating in a seminar which will be filmed, photographed and recorded by the association or third parties mandated by the association.

The association will use reasonable means to avoid filming, photographing or recording me directly, notably by designating a place at the back of the Training Hall. However, given that the seminar is filmed, photographed and recorded as a whole, I acknowledge and accept that my image, voice and everything concerning me may be filmed, photographed or indirectly recorded ("Indirect Recordings").
Furthermore, I agree that in case of change of location in the training hall, speaking, direct intervention with the speakers and or presence on stage, I expressly authorize the association to film, photograph or directly record my image, my voice and everything related to me, in a group or individually ("Direct Recordings").

Consequently, I authorize the association and the third parties designated by it for this purpose to publish, edit, reproduce, retouch, adapt, modify, transform, exploit, use, distribute and communicate to the public the Direct or Indirect Recordings, in full or in extracts, by all processes, in all formats and on all current or future media (including notably paper, photo, video or digital media) for all known or future modes of operation (including notably by way of projection, exhibition, press, edition, television, cinema, advertisements, DVD, websites of the association and social networks).

This authorization is granted without limitation of duration, for the entire world, for any communication action intended for purposes of promotion, advertising, presentation or illustration of the activities carried out by the association, being understood that the association expressly refrains from exploiting photographs likely to infringe on my privacy, dignity or reputation, or any other harmful exploitation.

I declare to be fully vested with my personal rights and waive any remuneration for the use of my image by the association.

However, I reserve the right to request that my image no longer appear on one of the media listed above after a period of 10 years.
I also accept

• (i) not to take any photographs, nor to film or record the course or the speakers using a mobile phone, a camera or any other means of image or sound capture;
• (ii) not to actively or improperly solicit participants regarding my own products and services, including in particular by any presentation, demonstration or distribution of leaflets, and
• (iii) not to have disrespectful, pushy or aggressive behaviors.

In case of non-compliance with these rules, the association and third parties designated by it may ask me to delete the recordings made and/or to leave the seminar immediately and permanently, without any possibility of obtaining a refund of the entire or part of the seminar price.

2- DISCHARGE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Releases the association from any liability in case of accident, injury, health problem or other damage to my person, as well as in case of theft, loss or other damage to my personal property during the seminar.
I certify not to be subject to any medical contraindication that would prevent me from participating in the seminar.
I commit to respecting the safety rules and instructions of the organizers during the seminar. It is my sole responsibility to take care of my property and health during the seminar.
I am informed that participation in the seminar includes the subscription of a license with the FFST (French Federation of Labor Sports) to which the association is affiliated, covering martial activities practiced during the duration of the seminar.
I am informed that it is my responsibility to take out civil liability insurance covering any damage I may cause to third parties or the property of others during the seminar.

I understand that the refusal to sign this disclaimer reserves the right for the association to exclude my participation for the seminar.

3- IMPORTANT: IN THE SEMINAR ROOM

During the duration of the Seminar:

• Photos prohibited
• Films prohibited
• Prohibited recordings

However, in the reception area and during breaks, you can of course take photos, film videos and share on your social networks.
